CONFIDENTIALITY IS EVERYTHING TO US

Remember everything is strictly confidential, typically we take a quick look at the business then suggest the appropriate broker who we feel will do the absolute best job with selling your business. We have a small boutique team with specialist brokers, most that have been with us a substantial period of time. We only take on a few listings each as apposed to other brokerage firms as we only list what we feel we can sell.

 

APPRAISAL FOR YOUR BUSINESS

What is typically needed to give and accurate appraisal?

Bare Minimum

  • Last year’s Profit & Loss Statements weather it be internal or accountant produced
  • A PC Sum of Stock and Book Value Plant (plant replacement cost would be handy also)

Ideally

  • 2-5 Years full accounts – depending on the business size (3 years is typically fine)
  • Current internal accounts to the most recent month or so
  • A forecast if you have one – with reasons why for the increase or decrease
  • A PC Sum for Stock
  • A full Plant list including everything that is to go with the sale
    • If you wish to retain plant items please remove or cross out
  • A copy of your current lease

Nice to have

  • A list of key employees
  • Does it have a general manager? Can anyone be promoted?
  • A forecast
