"Within 3 months we had an offer" - Mike

We had meet Mike privately prior to considering selling our business.  We discussed selling our business with Mike and he assured us there was an interested party out there but due to the nature of the business it may take up to 12 months to sell.  Within 3 months we had multi people interested in the purchasing and then before we knew we had an offer and within 6 months of listing, the business was sold.
